      What Shipping Methods Do You ProvideÔľü

      Our shipping team's sole goal is to get your orders processed and despatched to you in the shortest amount of time. 

      We provide two shipping methods for you: Standard shipping and Fast Priority shipping.


      • We provide standard free shipping for orders over $39.
      • Free shipping always available for orders from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
      • Standard shipping is handled by the post office and usually takes 5-10 days for shipping.
      • In some areas with severe COVID19, the transportation time may be delayed by about 2-3 days.


      • We select DHL/ FedEx express for priority shipping.¬†Due to the influence of COVID19, the transportation and distribution time will be longer than normal.
      • Priority shipping with¬†5 -10 day delivery available to most locations, prices vary by location and displayed at checkout.
      • For order value is higher than $60, we suggest choose fast shipping that delivery success rate is guaranteed.
      • Our responsibility ends when the parcel is delivered to your local courier. ¬†
      • On very rare occasions, your country's customs might charge you a fee for the import. This is out of our control and you will need to pay the required fees to process delivery.¬†

            How to tarck my order?

            Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number.

            Using the tracking number you can follow the stages of delivery on your chosen shipping company's website for an estimation on when your product will arrive.

            • If you can't receive your products due to an incorrect address we don't take any¬†responsibility and we don't give a refund.¬†Please double check all information before confirming your order.
            • If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately.
            • During festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
            • Some countries apply customs fees, taxes and other additional costs on shipments received from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. These fees associated with your purchase are the responsibility of you, the customer. Unfortunately, these are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. UiiSii is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

              We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. UiiSii is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

              Returns Policy:

              For products purchased directly on www.uiisii.com, we offer a 30-day return guarantee to ensure your happiness. The 30 day period begins upon the purchase date of your order.

              Please note, we only accept unopened original packaging products return due to health and hygiene reasons. It is your responsibility as a customer to cover the return shipping costs and if Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. If you would like to track your return, please check with your logistics company/post office.

              Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.

              Items bought from authorized retailers cannot be returned to us.
