      How to Reset?

      1. Clear records: Hold 2 earbuds' power button for 5 seconds until the blue lights turn to red.
      2. Take out 2 earbuds meanwhile and put them back into the charging case to reactive it.
      3. Delete the [TWS-T60] BT device on your phone.
      4. Take out 2 earbuds. Then research and connect [TWS60] on the BT list.

            Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number.

              For products purchased directly on www.uiisii.com, we offer a 30-day return guarantee to ensure your happiness. The 30 day period begins upon the purchase date of your order.

              Please note, we only accept unopened original packaging products return due to health and hygiene reasons. It is your responsibility as a customer to cover the return shipping costs and if Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. If you would like to track your return, please check with your logistics company/post office.

              Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.

              Items bought from authorized retailers cannot be returned to us.

              Warranty Policy

              Uiisii One Year Limited Warranty

              Uiisii electronic.,co Ltd (“Company”) hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year starting with the original retail purchase date. The replacement warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the purchaser, specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be replaced.

              What will be done in the event of a warranty claim?

              Uiisii does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.               (b) replace your product with a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product and is formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

              The Uiisii Warranty does not cover:

              This warranty is not covering all the Accessories, Spare Parts, Replacement Parts items. They are wear and tear items, and damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.
